Agena Bioscience

This project consisted of the final design, estimating, bidding, permitting, construction and occupancy of a new office and laboratory space for Agena Bioscience. The project consisted of a complete tenant improvement on two floors of the building. The project included the renovation of office space, conference rooms, and lab areas, including clean room space that meets ISO 8 specifications, a large break room area, and the installation of an emergency generator and enclosure. The first floor remained partially un-built for a future tenant and was not a part of the project scope.
