This project consisted of the interior and exterior renovation of three apartment buildings with one five-unit building and two eight-unit buildings, totaling 21 apartment units, and approximately 21,000 SF of living space. In addition, we removed and replaced the existing hardscape and landscape, including new cabanas, a shade structure, a deck, an outdoor cooking and entertainment area, and two fire pits.
The exterior of the building received new finishes, including additional architectural features, new roofing, resurfacing of the exterior balconies, and new entry door units. The interior finishes of the building were removed down to framing. The units were re-plumbed and re-wired, including new unit panels, unit feeders, building switchgear, and unit cable/phone wiring. The units also received all new interior finishes, doors and trim, hardware, appliances, and fixtures.
