Asana Partners – The Beacon Phase IIA – Site

Good & Roberts took over for another General Contractor to complete the remaining balance of site improvements and miscellaneous facade work for The Beacon retail center in Carlsbad. The scope of work included new exterior site lighting, patio space rework, 82,000 SF of paving, over-excavation and installation of new base, parking lot re-striping, masonry trash enclosures and metal gates, masonry site walls, waterproofing, storm water improvements, biofiltration basins, landscaping and irrigation upgrades, ADA site accessibility improvements, steel railings, and traffic signal controls.
