Cubic Corporation – Balboa Campus Renovations

This project was a phased renovation/re-stacking of two of the four buildings on the campus of Cubic Corporation. Cubic’s Balboa Campus is located between the 163 freeway and I-15. This campus serves as Cubic’s worldwide defense sector and corporate headquarters. Upgrades were made to the main campus fire alarm and BMS systems, site electrical re-alignment was performed for Building 2, and Building 1 was demolished. The project was logistically challenging, as the campus remained occupied throughout all phases of the project.
