Cushman & Wakefield – Teledyne

Teledyne relocated their API (Advanced Pollution Instrumentation) and SeaBotix facilities into a single building. The renovation included spaces such as light manufacturing, engineering labs, R&D open lab areas, epoxy floors and heavy overhead electrical to service the manufacturing lines, office spaces, and a new elevator and loading dock. The project team worked closely with design-build subcontractos to execute the scope of work.
