Epiphany Prep Charter School – Tenant Improvement, Phases 3 and 4 TI

Epiphany Prep Charter School serves up to 805 students in grades TK-8 and is committed to transforming inner-city education to prepare students for college, career, and life. Construction of Phase 3 consisted of 23,226 SF of tenant improvements to provide an additional eighteen classrooms and two restrooms to a vacant portion of the existing 45,621 SF school. Minor rework of the site was required to meet the city’s requirements for parking. Phase 4 included tenant improvements to 7,500 SF of existing common areas within the school facility. The scope included rework to the kitchen areas, administrative space, and office areas. Our self perform crews performed all demolition and drywall and metal stud framing scopes of work.
