North Coast Health Center – TI

This project consisted of a tenant improvement to a 3,300 SF plastic surgeon’s office in Encinitas. The scope of work included a complete gut of the existing space and the construction of a lobby and waiting room, exam rooms, and a surgical room. The surgical room required a structural metal support for the ceiling mounted equipment. Our self perform crews performed the demolition and drywall metal stud scopes of work.
