Ocean Hills Country Club – Pool Area Renovation

The project included the renovations and various upgrades to the pool area at the Ocean Hills Country Club in Oceanside. The project was designed by Van Dyke Landscape Architects and included the replacement of the pool deck, courtyard, lighting, fencing, and drainage (including sub drain) around the building, some low site walls and an outdoor fireplace, and new landscaping and irrigation. The team was responsible for the coordination of emergency egress and site logistics while demolishing the entire walkway and paved areas around the club house while it remained open.
