SA2 – Arbors Rancho Penasquitos

The Arbors offers assisted living and memory care accommodations and features 88 units, activities room, courtyards, and other common areas for socializing. The scope of work included the renovation of 25 units along with upgrading/modifying the common rooms, kitchen, breakroom, dining room, offices, model unit, and salon. All construction work occurred while the building was fully occupied. The project team worked closely with the Construction Manager, Interior Designer, Client, and Architect to finalize the design in the living units as well as the common spaces. Our services on this project included budgeting, cost analysis and scheduling input.
