This renovation of an existing waterpark, acquired by SeaWorld, required an extremely aggressive schedule to meet the park’s grand opening date. The entire project, under management by an on-site construction manager, required the team to coordinate with several other contractors and vendors working directly for the customer. The scope of work included renovating four culinary buildings and the construction of a 300-foot custom wave wall rock feature, site work, ticketing entrance, and support buildings. Each of the culinary buildings featured a unique theme, as well as extensive renovations to the kitchen equipment, food counters, and refrigeration units. The support buildings included a new retail shop, new restrooms, new cabanas, life guard stands, vest racks and changing huts.
