Sharp Rees-Stealy is a dedicated patient-centered organization. The intent of the design is to provide a new advanced imaging center for Sharp HealthCare. This design-build project includes four separate radiology suites including a Computed Tomography Scan (CT Scan) unit, a Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT Scan) unit, a Fluoroscopy unit, and a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) unit, inclusive of all supporting equipment and facilities. Also included in the scope of work are extensive building-wide structural, electrical, and mechanical upgrades that are required for the new systems and floor plan modifications.
The project is located in an existing building occupied by tenants on either side. The project team is carefully planning and scheduling all work to ensure the proper safety protocols are in place, noise mitigation measures are implemented, and there is minimal interruption to the surrounding businesses.
