The Sycuan Tribal Hall is a single-story, wood frame assembly building featuring an entry lobby, large meeting hall, conference room, restrooms, kitchen, storage room, support rooms, and an outdoor patio with integral color concrete and pavers. The new building provides a space for community meetings, special events and dining in an open-meeting facility. The building accommodates accommodates 50 to 150 people for executive and general council meetings as well as verbal, musical, and celebratory presentations and occasions.
The structure has spread footing foundations, slab-on-grade, a steel support structure, wood framing, drywall interior surfaces, acoustical and wood decorative ceilings, exterior plaster, and glazed window wall perimeter elevations. The building was designed to exceed building codes and regulations including fire sprinkler, alarm, and notification systems. The building was constructed on the site of the existing Tribal Government and Tribal Administration buildings. The master plan includes two more future buildings on the site.
