The Irvine Company – Fitness Center & Game Room

This tenant improvement consisted of transforming an existing office suite into a fitness center and game room. The fitness center is 3,677 SF, and the game room is 621 SF. The fitness center consists of a men’s and women’s bathroom with full shower and locker accommodations complying with all ADA requirements. It includes a full gym with a separate side for a yoga area. The game room is used as a break area with TV’s and s sitting areal. Millwork throughout the game room and the fitness center was all custom, along with a special rubber flooring on the fitness side to eliminate noise and make working-out easier. Both suites have an open ceiling with exposed duct-work throughout.
