This project consisted of the renovation of two existing vacant buildings, adjacent to the existing childhood education facility, along with site improvements including a playground. The interiors of the existing structures were completely demolished and reconstructed to provide three classrooms with a support kitchen and lavatories totaling 3,644 SF. Site improvements included the elimination of two covered carports totaling 1,126 SF and all 4,233 SF of asphalt paving between the two vacant buildings to construct a sustainable outdoor learning environment and play area.
