This project consisted of the renovation of 4,000 SF of common area in the lower level of an existing high-rise senior living facility. The common area was transformed into physical therapy space, office space, and a salon. The project required OSHPD Level 1 permitting and inspection.
The scope of work included the removal, rebuild and re-finish of a patio wall on the ground floor. Fabricated metal panels were added as infill to the removed wall. The basement work included the expansion of a new lobby area, including new finishes to the elevator walls, expanded ceiling space, and new lighting. The team provided new floor finishes, base, wall finishes, and ceiling tiles to the corridors. A new lactation room with casework, flooring, base, ceiling and MPE support systems was added. The existing food and beverage office was reconfigured with new framing, ceilings, flooring and MEP support systems. The activity/multi-purpose room was renovated and expanded with new walls, ceiling, flooring, casework, equipment and MEP support systems. The therapy room, salon, and corridors to Independent Living were reconditioned with new flooring, base, paint, storage casework, MEP support systems, wall finishes, handrails, and lighting.
