We successfully merge the efforts of the project team at the onset of the preconstruction phase and provide on-going technical support and feedback to minimize unnecessary costs and delays. Our continual focus on quality, architectural integrity, timeliness and savings allows our design development and preconstruction efforts to facilitate an efficient and constructable project.

G&R’s preconstruction services philosophy is founded in an integrated process that includes both operational and pricing expertise. Our staff is diverse and takes preconstruction services one step further – we believe accurate budgeting, forecasting, value engineering, and constructability reviews require and necessitate a focused effort. Our team excels at providing those services with our dedicated estimating and preconstruction department.

G&R has maintained self-perform capabilities since its inception over 40 years ago. We have a well-seasoned self-performance team, including rough carpenters, concrete, drywall tape and finishers, door installers, and laborers. In addition, we have strategic partnerships with the local labor pools to add quality staff on an “as-needed” basis as the size and pace of the job dictates. We are careful to not overextend our resources and as such, will not self-perform on every project; However, we feel strongly that our abilities in this area are an asset to the project in providing added leadership and positive schedule influence.
